Medical Review Officer (MRO) Services
Certified Medical Review Officers provide an objective and
thorough review to ensure valid interpretations and confirmations
of all test results. Medical review includes confidential contact
with donors by the MRO, verification of all medical and dental
treatments that may affect a drug test, review of laboratory reports
for scientific accuracy, prompt turn-around time and notification
of results to management, records management and secure records
maintenance.

Random Testing Management
BDA provides turnkey administration of random testing programs,
including management of the selection of substance abuse testing
pools, notification and administration on behalf of its clients,
database development and administration, updating, verification,
report generation and cost-tracking.

Collection Site and Laboratory Selection
Only collection sites and laboratory locations with a proven
track record for accurate and confidential service are selected.
These sites obtain hair or urine specimens. The laboratory will
screen the specimen for the presence of drug metabolites at specified
levels.

Reporting of Results
Results reporting options include various electronic reporting
vehicles, such as fax, email, web and ftp transfer. All methods
except faxing are password protected, encrypted documents. BDA
can also provide program audit and functional process evaluation.

Our trained consultants work with supervisors on identifying
behavioral changes as well as warning signs and symptoms related
to substance abuse. Employee training educates employees and managers
