access to experienced masters level counselors for assistance
is available 24/7. All calls are answered by a clinician qualified
to provide assessments and referrals. No calls are sent to an

A single clinician manages each case from beginning to end, including
follow-up, to ensure that client needs are adequately addressed.
Flexible Service Models – a range of in-person
session models are available at locations near an employee’s
home or work.

Work Life Services
BDA Work Life services give employees the tools and skills
they need to make informed choices and manage work life concerns.
The following services are available including: legal advice and
consultation, money management from financial counselors, childcare,
eldercare, adoption, K-12, college and university education research
information and referrals.

Management Consultation
BDA counselors provide guidance and support for managing
difficult workplace situations, troubled employees and job performance
issues. Unlimited telephone support is available to assist supervisors
and managers with topics such as: work performance, attendance
problems, workplace violence, substance abuse, mental illness
and many other employee-related issues.

Critical Incident Debriefing
BDA offers onsite and telephonic intervention response services
for critical incidents such as: robberies, occupational accidents,
fatalities and natural disasters. Our experienced counselors are
available 24/7 to provide education and support to ease the return
to work and help employees and family members cope with a traumatic
event.
