Leadership Coaching
BDA’s Leadership Coaching Program is designed to help companies
strengthen leadership skills among their mid-level managers and
key employees, enabling them to more effectively direct teams
and to increase both the productivity and job satisfaction of
their employees. BDA combines emotional intelligence expertise,
leadership analysis, coaching, performance metrics and feedback
in a unique program that delivers measurable organization improvements
with a direct correlation to bottom line results.
Customized Program with Measurable Goals
The program develops management potential and provides tools
for managers and employees who:
• Must develop a specific skill to be successful in their
position
• Are recognized as high-potential employees
• Are experiencing a performance problem in their current
position
BDA leadership coaches create a customized program in which participants
set measurable performance goals and explore alternative strategies
for strengthening their EIQ (Emotional Intelligence Quotient)
and improving their overall leadership prowess. Consultations
with management take place before the program begins and at the
conclusion of the coaching sessions to track results and measure
program effectiveness.
BDA Leadership Coaches
BDA’s leadership coaches have a minimum of a masters degree
and experience and training in organizational development and
employee services. Follow-up and feedback sessions are conducted
with the coaching participant and their manager to assess the
value of the program and assure that newly learned leadership
skills have been effectively established.
