Bensinger, DuPont & Associates (BDA) is an Employee Assistance Program that provides services to over 1.1 million employees nationally. BDA's headquarters are located in Chicago, Illinois.

BDA has a network of over 2,000 clinical associates who provide assessment, referral, and short term counseling within 15 miles of their home or work.

BDA continues to increase the network as additional companies contract for services. If you are interested in being on network and meet the minimum qualifications, please submit the POTENTIAL ASSOCIATE APPLICATION.

ASSOCIATE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters degree in mental health field
  • State License or Certification
  • Skilled at assessment, particularly with substance abuse and other addictions
  • Knowledgeable about local resources, community agencies and working with managed care/insurers for referral purposes
  • Previous EAP experience

    • To ensure that all clients receive consistent quality of care, all Associates participate in BDA's Quality Assurance Program.

    QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM
  • Quarterly Associate newsletter to inform and develop association with BDA
  • Monitoring of client satisfaction with Associate
  • Monitoring of staff satisfaction with Associate
  • Yearly update of credentials and training
  • On-going support and supervision by BDA staff
