Margaret has been in the EAP world for many years in different capacities providing clinical oversight and management of provider networks. As the Director of US Clinical Services she is responsible for clinical oversight and supervision of the EAP clinicians and network associates. Her mission is to develop and train the team to provide superior clinical care to clients.
Margaret is licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). She is an active member of the Employee Assistance Professional Association and is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). She has an expertise in substance abuse counseling and is a Certified Supervisor Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CSADC) and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). She received her Master’s degree from National - Louis University. Margaret worked as the National Affiliate Manager at the EAP firm, Perspectives. Ltd. Her previous jobs include Program Director for the Alcoholism-Drug Dependence Program and Clinical Program Coordinator for Parkside Medical Services.
