Quality Assurance Program

To ensure all clients receive consistent quality of care, all Associates participate in BDA’s quality assurance program that includes the following:

• Monitoring of client satisfaction with Associate
• Monitoring of staff satisfaction with Associate
• Yearly update of credentials and training
• Ongoing support and supervision by BDA staff
