Seed Consumption by Employees
"It has recently come to our attention that new defenses are being raised
to counter urinalysis results that are positive for marijuana. Apparently, some
products containing hemp seeds have a sufficient quantity of tetrahydrocannabinols
(THC) to be detected in the urine of the consumer. The consumers of these products
allege that they should not be held culpable for the drug use since they did
not know that they were consuming a prohibited drug...."
