EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS

Organizations realize that well-designed workplace services are highly valued by individuals and are relatively low in cost to employers. BDA’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an invaluable company-sponsored benefit that provides services at no cost to employees or their family members, and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

BDA’s corporate offices, together with more than 1,200 branch associate offices located throughout the country, allow us to serve national, regional and local organizations. BDA’s National EAP Provider Network includes thousands of referral resources such as mental health counselors, national child and elder care agencies, substance abuse, financial and legal assistance providers, self-help groups, as well as a broad-range of treatment and recovery resources. Master-degreed professionals, our counselors provide innovative solutions to human problems which impact performance, productivity and overall well-being – in the workplace and at home.
