Thania Cadet has worked in the field of Employee Assistance as a clinician, EAP trainer, and account manager for 10 years. She serves as the Account Manager on several key accounts, and oversees all service activity of the Account Services Team. Ms. Cadet is responsible for the satisfaction and retention of all EAP accounts and strategic partners. In this capacity she develops policy and procedure for account management team to facilitate the team’s use of clinical knowledge and professional experience to deliver exceptional customer service. For client companies, she is responsible for developing communication strategies, setting and achieving utilization goals, developing and executing promotional plans, EAP implementation and program maintenance, as well as recognizing and proposing opportunities to extend BDA’s business within the account. She also provides management consultation and facilitates management and employee training seminars.
Thania received her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, Chicago, Illinois, and her Bachelors in Psychology form the University of Dayton, Ohio. She is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), an International Certified Compulsive Gambling Counselor (ICCGC), and a Certified Problem and Compulsive Gambling Counselor (PCGC) and has clinical experience in child development, short-term counseling, case management, and troubled employee consultation.
