Wellness Coaching Programs focus on improving employee behavior and lifestyle issues before they become major health risks (i.e. losing weight, stopping tobacco use, managing stress). The program starts off with a telephone-based assessment in order to identify goals, establish plans, and readiness to makes changes. Sessions are completely confidential and are scheduled at the participants convenience.
Each program starts with an assessment to provide an individualized plan and program. Our wellness coaches work colaboratively with clients to understand their goals and motivation for change. Even with the same end in sight, goals are varied and we desire to meet the client exactly where they are and where they are looking to go.
These telephone-based programs provide increased opportunity and availability to the many lifestyles and schedules of the diverse populations we serve. There is no need to travel to an office, just pick up the phone in a quiet and private space to have a meeting with one of our wellness professionals today.
